This is a Machine Room installed generally used Elevator in all high rise buildings, Residence,Home, Offices and in Business establishments,are installed at minimum two floors to Multi-storied buildings. The components forthe Liftsare the Motor, Controller with V3F control, Over Speed Governor (OSG) to restrict the over speeding and (ARD) Automatic Rescue Device operating with batteries supply to let the elevator stop at the nearest floor in case the lift power supply goes off during the lift is in motion. The LOP, COP, Limit Switches for exact starting, stopping on normal riding and stop the car on emergencies are precisely set in the drives and in the controllers. The components pertaining to the Elevators are quality tested and certified. The speed of the lift is in the range from 0.6 m/s to 2.5 m/s and carrying capacity from 2 passenger to 20 passengers.

The Motor is used with the Gear Box assembly or without gears based on the Motor design and configuration and the cost of the Unit.

The Cabin and doors are of Powder Coated Mild Steel Swing doors or MS Telescopic doors IFG or Collapsible gate as doors can be operated manually.The Stainless Steel or Toughened glass panel doors are operated by the Door Drives on automatic controller commands.

As the name goes, the lift is not having Machine Room. But the Motor and its assembly is installed inside the Shaft, i.e, below the shaft roof on a specially erected Platform and Panels.

The Hydraulic operating system consists of oil tank, pump, and series of discharge control valves to control the gradual smooth push of the piston with the cabin. The fluid is pressurised by the pump is lifting a Piston through the Ram. The Piston is attached with the cabin, hence the cabin movement is relative to the Pistons position in the upward direction. The downward movement of the lift is by depressurising the oil by closing the supply valve and drain the oil to the oil reservoir by gravity push of the cabin.

Thus the Hydraulic lift functions in both upward and downward direction in slow movement at a speed from 0.3 m/s to 0.6m/s, hence the travel from floor to floor is steadily smooth, noiseless and comfortable.

For commercial business purpose also, we can use the hydraulic lifts as goods lifts, carrying capacity from0.5 Tons to 2.5 Tons.
